Ontario Central Airlines winter operations at Lakeside 1957

This footage was shot by Fraser Jansen at the winter base (Lakeside) in Kenora, Ontario. The hangar seen in the background is only a couple years old. Don Watson, Operations Manager during the 1950's, can be seen bending down and inspecting the right ski. Mark Mansuno climbs the ladder to service the engine.
At this time Barney Lamm who owned OCA, operated ten of these Norseman aircraft.
